Customer overview
S. Saengcharoen Kolkarn Co. is a Thai B2B company (origins in the 1990s) supplying auto parts to car insurance providers, employing around 75 people. It helps insurers handle customer claims quickly. Speed is central to the business because the Office of Insurance Commission sets timeframes for insurers to process claims.
The challenge
Disparate IT — each department (accounting / sales / warehouse) used different, non-integrated systems. Finance used a local accounting system while procurement used another, adding redundant steps and silos. Consolidating data took time and slowed delivery and reporting to insurance clients.
The solution
Chose NetSuite ERP (cloud) for its simple interface and customisable modules. Deployed for 37 users with financial management, inventory management and fixed asset management. Jcurve handled project planning, phased module implementation and on-site training, plus custom modules for local tax bundling, billing formats, auto invoicing and a WMS module (inbound/outbound scanning).
The results
Significant time savings early in the implementation. Real-time data from all departments accessible without searching multiple systems. Sales and procurement became more efficient; finance reports tax more easily. Hand-held inventory management shows real-time item status, improving shipping accuracy.
The support from Jcurve through our journey has made us work quicker, and we continue to have ongoing support from a dedicated project manager who offers us guidance and useful details to ensure we are getting the most out of NetSuite ERP.
