Mac Centre is a leading Apple solution specialist offering full sales, service, support and consulting to businesses across Australia. It has 26 staff (13 JCurve users) and 1,500 clients nationwide. Implemented JCurve ERP in Jan 2016.
The challenge
Before JCurve ERP, staff spent over 2 hours/day cleaning, exporting and re-importing data between separate sales and finance systems. The legacy system was built for Apple resellers and couldn’t handle B2B enterprise complexity. It needed to cover both retail (cash) and large enterprise proposals, plus Apple compliance.

The back office became far more efficient, hitting budgeted sales growth with one fewer staff member, saving on costs. Reporting is easier and more accurate; prices and gross profit (incl. rebates) can be forecast upfront to protect margins. The business adapts quickly to customer and market needs.
