Adidas were spending a considerable amount of money each month on mobile phone and fixed lines and had no transparency of costs. They were also struggling to contain international roaming costs, being a global company with a lot of staff travelling.

Once Adidas saw the TEMS service, and the analytics it could provide to control costs, they wanted the service introduced immediately. By working collaboratively with their key IT staff and accounts payable team, we were quickly able to provide a breakdown of each store, each staff member and all roaming destinations.
Within months mobile costs were reduced, even though the fleet was growing and we were utilised in negotiating their new contract and assisted with pricing evaluations and benchmarking for their head office move in Melbourne.
Overall costs for mobile year on year have decreased by 35%.
