MooGoo is a natural skincare company that grew 20% in its first year and hasn’t slowed since. It uses JCurve ERP’s full capabilities: inventory, financials, eCommerce, CRM, sales and marketing. It also runs vegan skincare brand ‘A Bit Hippy’ and pet-care brand ‘Dr Zoo’, all on JCurve ERP.
The challenge
Before JCurve it used QuickBooks but grew so fast it had to update its data file regularly — unsustainable. The old system couldn’t keep up with data volume and required double data entry, holding back productivity. It wanted everything in one system for single-source data.
The solution
Chose JCurve ERP for flexible configuration and local support/account management. It provides real-time financial reporting, live inventory management integrated with eCommerce and a stockist portal, CRM that switches across three brands without logging out, and email marketing campaigns.
The results
Staff grew from 12 to 38 (217% growth) to meet global demand, with data entry cut in half (50%) and higher productivity, sustaining 20% year-on-year growth. Reporting can be split by brand/stockist/location; 2,600 stockists order via a live portal; and customer-service and marketing teams are happier and more efficient.
