Canningvale is a luxury homewares brand founded in 1977 by father and son Giovanni and Frank Prainito, starting in textiles. By 1981 it relocated to the Canning Vale industrial zone as Canningvale Weaving Mills. Now in Richmond, VIC with 20+ staff, its products range from bed linen and towels to furniture and homewares.
The challenge
It ran a legacy Microsoft Dynamics platform. Identifying online retail as its key growth opportunity, it needed a more robust ERP for fast-changing requirements — transitioning from manufacturer to importer to branded online retailer/wholesaler. It wanted to streamline in-house processes from order processing to managing customer data and order history.
The solution
