Radiant Heating was using on-premise MYOB accounting software and found it too slow and unable to cope with multiple users, an expanded product range to over 300 SKUs, and an increased sales force.

They have custom-written software using the open API available with JCurve ERP to integrate with other systems such as web portals for their clients which provide online stock availability and online order tracking. “JCurve ERP is almost limitless in how you can extend its functionality,” says David.
“For example, our transport software, Interactive Freight Systems, integrates with JCurve ERP. So, if a client wants
to know if their order has been dispatched, we can quickly access the fulfilment and tracking number.
“In fact, we can find it in 20 seconds, versus the 20 minutes it used to take, to find the order manually, then find the tracking number and then go to another system to find the status of the order,” David says.
Fast customer service
JCurve ERP also gives Radiant Heating’s wholesale clients greater efficiency. Clients’ retail staff no longer need to make calls to check if an item is in stock. They simply log in to their customised ERP portal, see which warehouse stocks the product, and see how soon it can arrive. This is allowing them to close more sales, faster.

David also talks enthusiastically about the JCurve Solutions support and customer service teams. “The team was excellent to deal with from the time we started, and both the transition and training were straightforward. We have support if we need it when setting up something new but we find the system is intuitive and easy to use for day-to-day functions,” says David.
