Radiant Heating was using on-premise MYOB accounting software and found it too slow and unable to cope with multiple users, an expanded product range to over 300 SKUs, and an increased sales force.
“Our growth accelerated to 25-30% year on year, and this caused an increased volume of order processing, and associated calls from clients asking for stock availability and chasing orders,” explains Director, David Spray.
