JCurve support is an eMail and Phone based support service that is designed to provide help on using and customising your software.  For the duration of your subscription JCurve will answer your questions however complex they are to ensure that you get the best out of your business software.

  • Monday to Friday Business days from 06:00am – 08.00pm (Australian Eastern Time)
  • Enter cases on line via your JCurve application
  • Support will answer ‘how to’ questions
  • Request a call back if required for complex issues
  • Request feature enhancements
